WARM-UP:
Preparation phase for performance sports. The muscles, tissue and circulation need to become slowly accustomed to the intensive stress of sporting activity. There are special exercises for this.

WHOLEFOODS:
A wholefood diet uses foodstuffs that are as natural as possible. This means foods that are not heat-treated and are in their natural state (raw fruit, raw vegetables, full-grain products) play a key role. Meat and fish are served as part of a wholefood diet, but in small portions.
