ICE FOUNTAIN:
To freshen up after you have been in the sauna: glacier-cooled crushed ice from the ice fountain. Rubbing your body with this will stimulate your circulation and cool you pleasantly.

IDEAL WEIGHT:
The ideal weight is the body weight linked with the minimum risk of disease and the highest life expectancy. It can be calculated: for men, 10% is deducted from the normal weight, for women it is 15%.
